This series started a number of years ago and has grown from one race of less then 10 cars into a multi-rung ladder/pyramid that currently has 7 fields and roughly 60 drivers.
The idea of a ladder series is that more successful drivers are promoted to the series above and less successful ones are dropped down to the series below them. New drivers always start in the bottom series and work their way up. As the series has grown the series changed into a 3-tiered pyramid. Now promotions move a car up to the next tier. Each tier being composed of twice as many races as the teir above it. The details of promotion/demotion for this series are detailed in the PBeM Etiquette document.
